This is a blog of gratitude, updated daily. This blog is the result of a personal challenge: to see how many things I can find to be grateful for. Is there a limit to the amount of good in our lives, in our modern world? I believe the limit doesn't exist.

An Empty Library
This evening, at about 7:30, I was on my way to visit my sister when I walked by the library on campus. I looked through the window that looks into the busiest study area of the library. It was completely empty. I knew why no one was at the library. This is the last day of Finals Week, so everyone is either completely done with their finals or they are part of the unfortunate few who have a scheduled exam on a Friday evening. I am grateful for an empty library because that means Finals Week is over, and the Christmas holiday has officially begun for the students.
