For the record, I don't really like sushi (except the one time I had sweet potato sushi, that was good). But, I went to a sushi place with my sister, my aunt and uncle, and several cousins. The chefs cooked our food in front of us, and that was fascinating! The flame, the smoke, the sizzle, the smell, the sounds of metal on food on metal, and the look of that food on your plate. I am grateful for that place. It was a lot of fun.
Of course, no matter where we would have gone for dinner, I am certainly grateful that I was able to spend time with some extended family. :)
