Improving My Eye for Improvement

Filling out surveys can be difficult for me, but in just one specific way: giving constructive criticism. If there is any disadvantage to focusing on the positive as much as possible, it is that it is often tough to find or point out something that is wrong when, all in all, things are going well. I know how helpful it is to receive feedback on what is going well and what could be improved, I just have a hard time thinking of ways to improve things.

I took a few surveys today, for various reasons and for various people. In each one, I was able to come up with what I felt was good, honest, specific, constructive feedback (meaning, more than an "everything's great" answer). I felt proud of myself! I am grateful that I was able to come up with good, constructive criticism in a couple of surveys today.
