I believe that God meant for our most cherished relationships to endure beyond our mortal life. My understanding of the life after death is that the only things that carry over are ourselves (our personalities and out mental and spiritual capacities), as well as our relationships. This is how I determine what really matters in life.
I am grateful to know what matters most: people. This includes myself and those I care about.
